What payment methods do you accept?
Alice B accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
When will I be charged?
All credit cards and PayPal are charged at time of order placement.
Do you offer gift packaging?
All items are packaged in an Alice B box or pouch with a descriptive card.
Personal messages can be included upon request.

How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this email please allow 36-48 hours for your tracking number to update with carrier.
Your package may at any point be transferred from the original carrier to USPS for final delivery. If this occurs your tracking number can be found at both the original carrier's website or at USPS.com
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.
RETURNS
Return Rules
If your purchase was made at an Alice B authorized retailer, you will need to return your item to point of purchase.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
Warranty Policy
Any Alice B Jewelry purchased directly from Alice B or from one of her accredited agents or retailers that is in need of replacement due to a manufacturer defect is warranted for a period of one year from date of purchase and will be replaced or credited. Your jewelry was created with the utmost love and care. Before submitting a claim, please review the cleaning and care instructions here.

To initialize your claim please include a photo front and back of the item/s with your claim. This is to ensure that the item is an actual Alice B design and avoid confusion. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your request.
In the case of exchange, we will replace your jewelry with the same design when available. Otherwise a virtual e-gift card will be issued for the purchase price of the item.

· If purchased as a gift or at an authorized dealer/wholesaler, please provide all known information, store name and purchase/receipt date

Please be sure to keep a copy of the return tracking information for your personal records.
This warranty does not cover damage to Alice B products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear, and/or failure to follow the product’s care instructions.
Alice B is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise whilst in transit.
All warranty related returns must be authorized before being sent back for consideration. We will not be responsible for lost or returned packages.
